Plumber looking to make extra cash on side jobs

"After reading reviews about Citiwide's experience on replacing drain pipes (large jobs) on Angie's List, I called them on a Saturday evening. Gary showed up about two hours later. He said the first step was to run a snake to see if the pipe could be unclogged. I reluctantly agreed, as the first plumber had done that before. But, lo and behold, Gary was able to completely unclog the pipe and said that our pipe was not broken. About an hour after he arrived, we had an unclogged sewer system, when Gary left. Talking to Gary was very informative, he definitely knew his stuff. Gary was very careful about making sure that work area was clean and neat after he left. He had a very pleasant demeanor. I would hire these guys again anytime."

"<p>My wife and I have hired Ivan on three different occasions over the last several months for a variety of projects.   He is an extremely professional and respectful service provider who actually answers his own phone every time.  He is always there when he says he will be, and his broad based experienced input has provided many extremely beneficial suggestions.   </p> <p>Our first experience with Ivan was a replacement of our 25 year old nonfunctioning water softener, with a high quality/capacity, modern, digitally controlled softener.  At the same time he supplied and installed the new unit, he redesigned and upgraded the existing drainage system for the water softener, washing machine and laundry tub, for greater safety and efficiency and to bring the system up to and beyond code.  His overall quote was a little higher than other Angie?s List providers, but he did a thorough job and ended up even including more improvements than were in his original quote, because he said ?they really needed to be done?.  He and his assistant were totally professional and completed the entire job in one day and even threw in an extra supply of salt.  </p> <p>The next job Ivan worked on for us involved urgent timing coordination for a combination of installations, including a new kitchen sink and faucet, dishwasher hookup and a refrigerator water supply line.  All of this work was done with the utmost attention to detail and respect for maintaining the cleanliness and dignity of our home. The costs for this work was again a little more than other quotes but was done with great consideration and planning, for doing it ?the right way?.  </p> <p>Ivan?s most recent project was to install a kitchen backsplash, as the final touches to our newly renovated kitchen.  This was done with ?competitive pricing? when compared to other Angie?s list providers.  Again, Ivan did a thorough, neat and professional job on replacing badly damaged sheetrock, before installing our selection of a difficult combination of a black marble border, around Grecian white stone tiles.  His meticulous and painstaking work resulted in a flawless matching of the border and stone patterns.  During his work on the kitchen backsplash, he noticed some irregularities in several of the stone floor tiles that had not been addressed by the other vendors, during the recent kitchen renovation, and he went the extra mile by fixing the offending situation without any additional compensation.  </p> <p>Ivan clearly has vast experience and the skills to do almost anything needed in the home.  We are only sorry that we didn?t really know him sooner, or we would have had him do our entire kitchen renovation.  We will most certainly call on him for future projects around our home, inside and out, and recommend him highly to anyone seeking a greatly skilled, truly professional service provider.</p> <br />"
