"<p>All the work done  went very well. Even though Ray is very busy we discussed the repairs in great detail and I agreed to wait until he was available. He did not disappoint. The crew took off the house stucco, disposed of it with their truck, installed sheathing, siding, and soffits. They also installed custom made gutters to finish the work. The job was done on schedule on budget and even though there were several obstacles and difficulties that came up-we worked out quick!......and got the job done. Ray used several workmen who were well mannered, respectful of all, and hard working. Every day the crew would sweep and clean and you would never know serious construction was going on. Ray, Matt, and crew are very capable, experienced, craftsmen. I appreciate them and their work. Like I said, even if there were delays and material issues we worked it out. "In our 80 year old house here in Lake Mohwak, the cast iron waste pipe from the 2nd floor bathroom broke. The waste water would come down to the basement. We decided to replace the cast iron: completely in the basement and mid-way through the 1st floor, where we found the break. While the pluming in the basement is exposed, the walls on the 1st floor level had to be opened (fortunately within the stair case to the basement). We also replaced the case iron waste lines behind the basement washer. Al obtained all the material and worked all day until it was finished. I had used Cand F numerous time before for replacement of valves on both water and steam heating systems. Once I had Al install external water for the garden hose and another time I called him when I screwed up the installation of the kitchen faucet. This is the 1st time I had him do a major job. The work was excellent. He explain what was involved and the trade-offs of various options. <br />"

"Excellent! I could not be more pleased. Cooper is an accomplished cabinetmaker/craftsman who is a perfectionist with an eye for detail. He is a gentleman & professional who is a joy/pleasure to work with. He corrected all the shoddy work the flippers did on the cheap & turned my kitchen into a highend, custom-made gem. Where the spaces between doors were not even, he installed wider doors to close the gap. Behind the dishwasher, he removed the temp guide board used to install the counter - so that the dishwasher would not stick out so much. He installed floor molding where there had been none. etc etc"

"Install guys were nice and clean. They did forget to seal the gas exhaust pipe properly. A tech came back out that night to seal the PVC piping after I called them about it. Nice reaction but letting carbon monoxide exhaust leak into my basement in the first palce was not a quality job. The salesperson while polite was not aware that the three zone heating on my existing equipment was not compatible with the new Carrier system to be installed. Rather than confirm it with his manager he stated specifically that there would be no problem and the techs would demonstrate the zone heating before they left. Halfway thru the install the techs let me know that the zone controls would not work with the new system and I had to pay extra to make that work. Ok, lesson learned, never accept what the salesperson says only what they write on the order. Eventually I paid for the new board to be installed. Of course the new board is a special order and a week later and multiple calls I still do not have a date for if and when the install will be completed even though I have paid in full. Why the Install team does not confirm that the equipment is on order and when it might be installed is beyond me. I am patient but they need to keep the customer informed. As to the new Carrier Heat Pump and Gas furnace. Working beautiful now that they have sealed the exhaust pipe."

"Was able to get the contractor(John) to my home very quickly. He did an inspection to detect any moisture in the walls and ceiling and took air samples for testing. Received results in about 3 days. He took the time to go over the results and explain them to me. Fortunately I did not have a problem so remediation was not necessary."
