"I’m so fortunate that I contacted Juan with Always Improve Flooring. He fixed my new floors, and made them perfect and new again. I wish I had his company install my floors to begin with. The three gentlemen he had do the work for us were the best! Armando, Francisco, and Ezequiel worked hard the entire time they were here. The best part is, I felt they truly cared to correctly repair my flooring. What more could I hope for? They were amazing and I would recommend them with 10 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Beau and his crew installed a new prefinished wood floor in my dining room, entry way, living room and family room. In a few short years, the floor is scratched, dented and floor boards are loose. We have contacted them more times than I can count. Most of the time there is never a call back or when an appointment is set a no show. This is not the way a business should be run. I would think twice about hiring them. I know I am in the minority, but truth is truth. UPDATE: Beau contacted us and his crew came out promptly completing all necessary repairs."

"I think he did not follow up, there is no customer satisfaction. Some of my floor wood starting to came of after 3 month of installation. I tried to have it fixed numerous time. He keep on making excuse each time. For the reason I have someone else fixe what he was paid for and keep giving excuses I am very disappointed."

Felikian's Carpet was established in 1969 after two brothers immigrated years earlier to the United States from Europe. Both brothers had incredible ambition and fortitude to build a solid future for themselves & their families. They understood the meaning of hard work and 14 years later went from being flooring installers to business owners. Years later, Martin’s son Greg, decided to join the family business to take Felikian Bros Carpet to the next level and into the 21st century. Greg encouraged his father & Uncle to have Felikian Bros Carpet join forces with Carpet One Floor and Home, America’s largest flooring buying group. This union granted Felikian’s the capability of providing our customers with increased product selection at much more competitive prices. Now in 2019, we are celebrating our 50th anniversary of doing business in the San Gabriel Valley! We appreciate & want your business. No job is too big or small. "I found out the day before new carpet was to be installed that the vendor would not nail/screw down squeaky floorboards.  I called several handymen, and Byron was the only one available to come by that same day.  When he arrived, he tried to dissuade me from installing carpet over what he presumed to be hardwood floors, even though I told him that carpet was being installed the next day.  (It ended up being a non-issue, since we soon found out that we didn't have hardwood floors.)  He explained that he couldn't nail down the plywood planks and would instead have to screw them down to secure them for the long-term.  That tripled the price he quoted over the phone.  After several minutes of negotiating, we agreed upon a price for the floorboard work as well as odds and ends (fixing a running toilet, hanging some shelves, changing an air filter, reattaching a light fixture).  He was friendly and very talkative; I would have been frustrated if I were paying by the hour, but he bid for the job, so I didn't mind.  He was very helpful and thought through the consequences of certain actions before beginning his work.  When asked to take a look at a sprinkler head that wasn't working, he said that he doesn't do that type of work.  Also, he did a short-term fix for our running toilet, but it didn't fix the problem.  (He didn't bid to do any major plumbing help.)  Overall, I was very happy.

"Project: Install Luxury Vinyl flooring, Base Boards and Door Casings. Did a great job! Would recommend."

"The carpet is beautiful but it gave us all in the home a rash until we shampooed, not quite sure why but we were very thankful for the service and care by the entire team! Phil was an amazing service for the free estimate and going forward the install duo were phenomenal and kind! Would recommend for those without sensitivities!"

"Javier and his team installed hardwood floors throughout our entire house and they did a fantastic job. They were responsive, showed up on time every day, and finished the job sooner than expected. Our floors looks amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family."

"It took a long time but it is done. I had some problems with them but they did satisfy me as the customer. There were some spots on the floor that should have not been there. So they ended up giving me a discount, it was a $30000 job and they gave me a 900 discount for the spots on the floor so I don't know how to rate them. The floor is 99% perfect. There was only a 1% I was unhappy with and am still unhappy with. But I decided to settle with them because I didn't want to move out all of my furniture again and have them redo the floor. It's really a big hassle. I don't want to give them a bad mark but I just can't give them a 10.

They were very professional so I have to admire that. I would use them again for carpet but probably not for oak flooring."
