"Enner and his team were wonderful. Under difficult circumstances due to my condo buildings strict rules Enner managed to get my job done under that had a tight deadline as I wanted the work done before I moved in to my condo. He picked up the tile I had purchased from the store and set to work removing the carpet and installing the tile in my bedrooms and closets. Because my condo is in an older building we discovered that the floor was far from flat. The guys made sure to level my floor whilst laying the tile. Enner and his guys were conscientious, hard workers and kept everything neat and clean. If Enner was unsure of anything he always phoned me to make sure he was on the right path as I was out of state when he started the job. His tile work is stunning and I couldn't be happier. "Store rep was very professional and responsive. He came to my house to measure and provide a quote free of charge and allowed me to borrow sample material from the store. The final quote was a little more than the preliminary estimate based on square footage (when we first visited the store) but it was worth it. It was easy to get an installation appointment and the installers did an extremely thorough and professional job. We were very happy with how the work looked when it was finished."

"Mark is absolutely amazing. He came into a bad situation and saved my house! I had been ripped off by a horrible tile installer and I was concerned my dream home was never going to look the way I wanted. Mark ripped out all the bad work and started the whole job from scratch. His attention to detail was amazing to watch and I appreciated his work ethic. Between my kitchen and two bathrooms, Mark installed a wide range of expert level tile. One bathroom was a full Mosaic floor and wall to wall and ceiling! Mark's custom tile hood over my stove is truly something right out of a magazine.  Mark was so easy to work with and made great suggestions whenever an element of design was unclear. Only when one room was perfect and I had signed off would he move on to the next one. I would also like to mention that Mark was very clean. He set a standard for respect and cleanliness on my job site that had a ripple effect through the other workers. "They were the 1st to respond to my email (within the hour) and by far the most courteous, friendliest, & professional folks I reached out to out of a quite a few.  I spoke with them on the phone and that went very well too. In the end we ended up not having them do the work, but only because we found a friend in the business who gave us an unbeatable price.  I should say that while our friend was much cheaper than any of the other quotes we received that BNS DID offer to match the price (which i know was a great deal).  In this case, the loyalty to the friend one the bid, but otherwise BNS would have definitely had the job.  I've kept these guys on my Rolodex so to speak.
