"Other vendors would not consider the short length of 20 feet. Although it took some time, Dean from Fenceworks came out to look at the damage and recommend repair or replacement. The fence is old but in reasonable condition, provides privacy that both I & my neighbors like. Because of zoning changes, a maximum of 6 foot heights are permitted for new fences. A major supporting post was severely damaged; he recommended replacing that and strengthening its connections to retain the fence height. The two workers arrived punctually, and did a very careful professional job. The price was high for a small job, but far less than replacing the whole fence."

"Tim was great.  Came in and showed us difference types of fencing.  Gave us a great deal on a fence.  The guys came out to install a few weeks later.  Our job was a tough one with all of the rocks in our soil.  They had to hand dig the holes for the posts.  Took them 2 days because of this.  They came back bright and early on Saturday (a holiday weekend at that).  It looks amazing!  We were very happy with Northwest.

The workers did a good job putting the posts in the ground.  They worked quickly and that might have contributed to them cutting the cable line for both our house and that of our neighbor.  We had to wait a week for our cable company to fix the damaged cable lines. While I realize that Jeff is not responsible for the cable company being slow to respond, it was his workers that caused the problem.  Jeff gave me a 10% discount off the job which I don't think was enough for the level of inconvenience my neighbor and I experienced."
