"For the person that wrote the previous review, I'm glad your experience was better than mine. Where do I start. Let's start with punctuality, days he said that he would be working in the bathroom would always changed before he left for the day on a regular basis. The day he completed the job, I came home excite to see my new bathroom. Well, there were multiple issues. I sent him pictures of my concerns and no response for over a week. I had to contact Angi's list because I had called Antoro multiple times on two different phone numbers and sent test messages for days and never got a response. After filing my complaint, he finally called me. He told me he would make the repairs and will work Saturday, Sunday and Monday. He came Saturday, then here we go again. He said he cant come back until Tuesday. The first two pics are today. The grout has separated after 1 month which water is going through. Disappointed "
