"They installed a minisplit cooling system, with 3 exchanges June 2021. Since then it is not operating the way it should. In my bedroom with the door closed at night on cool at 70 degrees the humidity goes up to 80%. I wake up uncomfortable, change it from cool to dry mode. The humidity will go down into the 50% range but the temperature drops down to 62 or less! So in cool or dry mode I can't get a good nights sleep! They come and look at it and tell me everything is fine. I'm going to buy a window air conditioner tomorrow which seems insane because i spent $10,000 on this minisplit AC system!"

"My wall gas heater one day just went out. I called several companies and was told they didn’t service that type of heater. One company gave me the number for Angi. The guys with Whitestone came immediately and suggested I replace it because the problem was the pilot. I bought a new heater and they installed it in just a couple of days later.
