"Everyone else I called sent a salesman. Creation Glass repaired my storm door. I would call them again for any window or glass needs for an honest opinion before proceeding with anyone else’s recommendation."

"It was an astounding job, they work clean and communicate throughout the project, definitely recommend definitely will be using them again!"

"I called on March 2nd about 6:30 in the evening for an emergency call to reset the garage door because a roller had come off. The guy arrived about 9:50 p.m.  It took him less than 30 minutes which was great.  He told me they needed to come back to complete the job to replace all the rollers and we agreed that Saturday was best and he would let the dispatcher know.  No one contacted me for that Saturday appointment.  I waited a few days and then forgot about it because I was going out of town.  When I got back in town a week later, I called and was given an appointment for 9:00 a.m. on the 17th.  The person setting the appointment told me it was a firm appointment time.   Due to my work schedule, I had a friend come over to my house to give the repairman access to the garage. The repairman didn't show up until NOON.  I called to complain to a manager at the company but was put on hold for so long that I hung up.  I never spoke to a manager.  The cost for this job was $400 which I paid the night of the emergency repair.  I paid by check.  Had I known what the service would be like, I would have paid by credit card so I could contest the charge and the service.  I will not be using this company again.  The work product is good but the punctuality and professionalism for the price speaks volumes. Hence, the poor marks."

"Very efficient and cost effective."

"Everything was done very well. The painting took a few days because it was done by just one person. Painting the doors & trim requires the door to remain open for a few hours to dry, so I am glad there weren't any mosquitoes or extremely cold weather."

"Mark Gonzales did a great job repairing the wood rot on my front windows. It took him the best part of two full days and he seemed to do a thorough and professional job. Unlike some providers, his bid seemed very fair, and I felt like I got very good value for the money. I highly recommend him."

"I was nervous because the 65 inch tv was very heavy and only one person came to provide the service but luckily my son was there to help or I would have had to cancel"

"After looking at the job and giving me a quote, they came back the next day and got the whole job done in one day as promised. They used drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves so it looked like new."

"It didn't. I never contracted with them. Not sure why Angie's List keeps fishing for reviews on businesses I never hired either Clark or the arbor services. NOTE: I only gave an A rating because this could not be submitted without giving an Overall rating. No point in penalizing the company for Angie's error."

"Ed did an AMAZING job of helping me fix my garage door. Long story, but as a single mom, I was literally in fear that I wouldn’t be able to get my car out or to take my kids to school. He showed up immediately. He worked hard to not only fix the problem, but help me upgrade my programming. He was helpful, efficient very nice. I would highly recommend!"
