"We met the Sterling Contractor Services team through a full house transformation project that included adding a 12 X 22 Florida Room. These guys conducted the demolition of the previous 8 X 8 and laid the new concrete foundation for this room; all successfully approved by City of Jacksonville inspectors. Our second project with Sterling Contractor Services was they laid approximately 8 - 10 inches of concrete foundation and built a well insulated trash can storage house to fit two large trash cans and one recycling bin. Unfortunately the system won't allow a video so I've attached pictures of the trash can storage house. "Beautiful Blooms did a beautiful job giving our backyard and landscaping a much-needed makeover. Our property is 22 years old, and the previous patio was still the tiny concrete slab the builders originally put in. Most of the landscaping was original to the house's build. Not anymore! Beautiful Blooms, with Brian leading design creation, Kevin serving as foreman, lots of very hard-working and courteous workers, and Dan overseeing it all, did a gorgeous job putting in a new large hardscape and new landscaping and sod on all sides of the house. Now we have a pergola, seating wall, and multiple delightful landscaping beds filled with flowers to attract the butterflies and bees, as was my goal. They spruced up the edge of the woods and helped us morph nature into our new nurtured space. From start to finish they were polite and professional, accommodating with change requests and additions (the project grew as it went, not because of them but because of me). They completed such a large job in a very time efficient manner - two weeks. They left nothing undone and completed the job to my total satisfaction. No longer will I feel trapped on a tiny concrete slab; instead I have this resort-worthy backyard retreat to enjoy. Thank you, Beautiful Blooms, you definitely lived up to my (high) expectations!"

"Called for septic pumping. Company was late for first time frame. Have a later time and missed that one as well showed up an hr and a half later. No greeting when they arrived, just jumped out and started dragging hoses to the tanks. Tanks were already opened by us. No discount for opening tanks. Upon finishing they had no cement to seal the lids( they ran out). While dragging hoses back to truck they leaked sewage out of every hose(black and very noticeable) when I asked if they had some lime to spread over the spills they said they ran out of that as well. Lime and cement are required by the Health Department on all septic trucks. This review in no way means I would not use this company again, only that this company should take the time to train their employees how to properly represent the company."
