R&J Irrigation came out to check the problem, then added several sprinkler heads and made some adjustments to the existing system. The whole area of the yard and the garden are now covered with water. The cost is reasonable, less expensive than adding a dropping system. Most contractors would have taken one look at the roots and refused to take the job. Mr Fisher cut out the roots and replaced the valve diaphragms to fix the system. "Bryan was punctual and professional.  He completed the work and did a great job.  There were things we wanted removed but he suggested waiting until spring to see if the plants could be salvaged, that certainly made sense to us.  Bryan also addressed some concerns about the condition of the lawn.  We already knew this and have had a provider for weed and pest control.  As it turns out we have a fungus problem that is now being treated.  This certainly validated Bryan knows what he's doing.

"I phoned Professional Plumb and Ernie (owner) answered. I described the situation and he said he could replace it same day. This was about 2:30 in the afternoon.  He came over within the hour with a new water heater and had it replaced in a matter of an hour and a half.  The water heater was in a tight spot between the air handler and a work bench. He did have to cut out the condensate drain piping on the air handler to remove and replace the water heater.  But he replaced/re-plumbed the condensate drain line at no charge. Excellent service and we thank Ernie very much."
