"Used them once and the service tech smelled HEAVILY like cigarette smoke, quite repulsive. He was also curt and short but did a satisfactory job. The second time I used them the owner accompanied the same tech due to me reporting him. The job went more smoothly and I was satisfied. The third time I scheduled and had to cancel ahead of time due to illness and then rescheduled it. The day it was rescheduled for, the water to the whole building I live in (condo) was going to be turned off. Owner/scheduler was notified 24 hours in advance -as soon as I knew- and she was curt and abrupt about rescheduling and gave me an ultimatum that this was the last rescheduling allowed. It didn’t really matter that I had no control over the condo management turning off the water to the building for plumbing repair. Update as of November 19th Carpet cleaning.
