"Complete kitchen remodel (cabinets, counters, sink/fixtures, adding electrical) and flooring replacement on 1st floor; new half bath vanity, top and faucet; outstanding customer support and attention to detail and quality by this team. They are customer-focused, adaptive, accommodating and professional. While there were delays as a major holiday approached, they did everything they could to complete this remodel to our satisfaction, on budget. There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. I would not hesitate to use their services again."

"Mose Troyer does excellent work. He is honest and easy to work with, a real professional. He easily finds solutions to difficulties. We had multiple projects that we presented to Mose. One being a utensil tray for the kitchen drawer that he built from a design that I wanted but could not find commercially. The tray fits like a glove and will last a lifetime. Also, we had exterior doors that had wood rot. Mose meticulously carved out the rot and cut many small, intricate pieces of wood, to replace those areas without compromising the original design of the front entry door. It turned out that the rot was deeper and more pronounced than originally thought, but Mose worked diligently and with great skill to make both exterior doors perfect. Mose also cut and placed a vent in a bathroom and designed and installed an access door for exposed plumbing in the laundry room. I highly recommend Mose Troyer for his skill, courteousness and overall kindness. I will be utilizing him again in the near future."

"We are so thankful that we chose Premier Remodeling to build our new kitchen. After interviewing a number of possible contractors, we were impressed by Jeff (the owner) and his knowledge, insights and suggestions regarding the project. We were also impressed by the fact that he is a second generation cabinet maker, and when we saw photos of the wooden boat he and his father built, we were convinced he could handle any unique problems that came up in the kitchen project. Greg, was the person who was on site every day and personally did much of the work. He was beyond amazing. His careful attention to detail (from removing a wall to making sure each outlet was correctly aligned) was like he was doing the project in his own home. Greg made sure everything was as it should be, even if it meant more work for him. At the end of each day, he would make sure everything was cleaned up and put away to minimize any inconvenience on our part. He was also a pleasure to have around. In fact, when the project was over, we felt a tinge of bittersweet as he would not be around the house anymore. Our project was somewhat unique as one wall of cabinets made a 45 degree turn. While 90 degree turns (any corner) are easy as there are cabinets made for that purpose, a 45 degree turn requires considerable adjustments and craftsmanship. Jeff and Greg were totally up to the challenge. Jeff even customized the drawers as necessary to give us the maximum storage space possible. Throughout the entire project we never had a problem or issue with Jeff or Greg, even when we made a last second change or two, they were most agreeable to comply with our wishes. We TOTALLY recommend without any reservations or hesitations. Great quality work, reasonable pricing, excellent quality people who earn (and keep) your admiration and respect."

"Bryan and Dave were a pleasure to work with. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it and everything came out great! From all new interior paint to all new flooring, interior doors, base boards and door casing, they didn’t it all and at a reasonable price! "A.I.S. Renovations is outstanding! We hired them to do a full bathroom remodel, taking everything to the studs, removing a wall and relocating both the shower and sink. They transformed our small, drab Clintonville bathroom into a spacious, beautiful new space. From start to finish, A.I.S. delivered exceptional service and excellent craftsmanship. Aubrey was phenomenal in her design aesthetic and guidance through the initial planning and design phase of the project. She made everything easy and enjoyable, always keeping us up to date every step of the way. The budgeting and contract process by Parks was professional, honest and straightforward. Parks provided a clear budget and his estimate aligned with other bids. While comparable to other contractor bids, ultimately the value A.I.S. provided us in customer service and work quality made their bid the best by a long shot. During the design phase, Aubrey and Parks sat down with us, provided a 3D model of the new design and talked through every little detail we wished to discuss. We are highly detail oriented and meticulous customers. Parks and Aubrey only showed appreciation and patience with us, giving time to talk through specifics and options to avoid as many surprises as possible down the line. The team was upfront from the start about the potential of delays on specific components of the project due to disruptions caused by the pandemic in the construction industry (cabinet shipments, scarcity of glass for shower, etc). They never promised a precise completion date for this reason and I had great respect for their honesty and clear explanations. Once work started they were efficient in their use of time and never had delays or significant days missed. I was impressed with Jay’s coordination and project management when it came time for multiple experts to complete their work (electrician, plumber, HVAC, drywall, etc). They were timed perfectly, one after the other with almost no days missed between them. Jay was highly communicative, texting us once a day with what and who to expect next. Whenever we had a question or concern, he had an immediate answer and resolution. The A.I.S. carpentry team was outstanding. Jason and Austin completed the demo, framing, set the cabinets, installed a new window and completed the finishing work. Their carpentry work was incredible. They built all new baseboards, door frame and window frame to match the original wood work of our 100-year-old house. They even built a beautiful custom bench to cover some HVAC pipes is an adjacent room. They made everything look original to the home. They were on site most days, taking care to keep our pets safe and make our family feel safe. The project came in on budget and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the final results! A.I.S. Renovations will be our contractors for all future projects. We highly recommend A.I.S. Renovations!"
