"Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."

Sebastian was very thorough in checking to make sure that there were no other factors contributing to the problem. "To anyone needing a good contractor, please read this review! My husband and I were selling our home and an inspector found some damage under both sets of double french doors that we not aware of. It seems that builders do not protect the wood with metal sheeting so that when it rains the water that runs down your door will not just soak into the wood causing any wood exposed to rot. Including the floor joist holding up your house! Well we knew we had to find someone who knew what they were doing. I took to the internet and found a contractor that had the best reviews. That was Exclusive Home with Darrin Collier. He made an appointment with us right away, and was right on time. He looked at what we had going on, and unfortunately it was not all going to be an easy fix. He gave us a quote that was very reasonable, and was at work with in a few days. A few of those days were bitter cold, but Darrin came prepared and worked through it. He explained everything he was doing and why it was needed. His work was great quality, and was finished in good time. There were also a few small items on the inspectors list that he fixed as well for a reasonable price. When he was finished everything was cleaned up and looked great. The buyers were pleased with his work, and his one year guarantee was transferable to the new owners. In short, Exclusive Home was a good find, Darrin was pleasant to work with. Knew his stuff, and was very professional. We will defiantly be calling on him again at the new home. I already have a few changes in mind!"
