"After a small sewer backup on a weekend, the plumber I contacted informed me that the line was either broken or misaligned. Doug responded to my voicemail and stopped by to discuss the problem. The next day he came by with info from the city and had arranged additional assistance from a plumber. He was willing to separate analysis services from repair so I could hire whomever I wanted without paying twice for the same data. Fortunately we learned that my line didn't need repair, and the plumber he brought in was better than their higher-priced competitors who attempted to clear the line on Sunday."
