"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"

"Several estimates were obtained to have our large, half circle blacktop driveway replaced with concrete.  Knowing we would be paying a somewhat hefty price, on-line research was done so as to get a better idea of what questions needed to be asked prior to having the job assigned (low chert, psi, thickness of concrete, # of inches for the sub-base, if steel rebar and/or wire mesh is used, air entrained concrete, water reducers, etc.).  No matter how many questions we asked, they were patient as well as prompt with returning our calls.  Consumers need to realize PRICE is not the only factor when hiring a contractor to do a job such as this.  JBS knows exactly what they are doing and we couldn't be more pleased with their work!   They had a large crew of people (9-10).  It took them over two days to complete the work and on both days, they arrived very early in the morning.  The first day, several dump trucks were used to haul away the existing blacktop and fill was brought in and leveled out.  The second day several concrete trucks arrived and the entire crew worked quickly and hard.  During the planning process, JBS also suggested applying a slight roll curb along the west edge of our driveway to divert heavy rain fall.  In no way did they cut corners or provide shortcuts during construction.  We are EXTREMELY pleased with the job they performed and I highly recommend their work.  Thank you, JBS Construction!! "
