"Home Genius Exteriors came to do a roof on my home. They arrived on time and got right to work! The crew worked to tear off the roof to the plywood to diagnose my home only to find that the plywood was in great condition. After the job was done, the crew cleaned up very well and took their time to find any remaining trash or nails. The project manager Angel Martinez, was available throughout the day to answer and any all questions I had regarding my roof, and also followed up throughout the day with updates! "He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"The folks at All Exteriors were VERY good. They answered the first call to them, made an appointment and a representative arrived ahead of time to do the repair work needed. The job could have neen completed withtn three hours of my initial call but the craftsman who was doing the repair did not like the match of his available parts to what was on our home. He said they woyuld make the correct sized piece and replace it for a better appearance to our home. He was right! The repair looks great and they DID NOT charge extra for the making of the new part!"

I shopped windows like crazy. They have their own special window that is very nice and energy efficient.

They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows.

Excellent cleanup.

They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.

I highly recommend them to anyone need exterior work done.

"Very satisfactory. He came on time to see what needed to be done. He and my son looked it all over and decided how to repair the roof. Mr. Stehm (I believe that is his name, pls forgive my mistake if I'm wrong) gave the most reasonable price. I got another estimate from another outfit for $1,000.00. Mr. Stehm came on the appointed day and fixed the roof w/in a reasonable (4) hours. Also, he cleaned up after himself.

"I called for an emergency roof repair and spoke to Melissa. She scheduled me for the same day, during the rain. I also asked if she could look in my attic for any damage and mold from my repair last year. Dale came out, within the hour, and fixed the oddly loosened shingles. He also took the time to look around my entire attic, not just the area where the leak had been. Thankfully, i had no leaks, stains or mold. He was professional, polite and punctual. He did mention my roof was old and would need replacing soon, and asked if I would like a free estimate. I received excellent and prompt service at a good price, and couldn't be more pleased with Melissa and Dale. Keep up the good work and appreciate you coming out during the rain!
