He was the first one to respond to my wide net of emergency emails I sent out at 10:30pm one night when we had a very bad leak ruin some of our home interior. He was at my home by Noon the following day and had my roof patched and protected in an hour. He was a real blessing! Next, I was very upset at the cost of a new roof which was badly needed, but he was able to work with me on price and even got the job done a few days later. A whole new roof in just 2 days! His team was fast, friendly and answered my questions. They cleaned up as best they could (we had a wind storm) and then Rigo himself showed up the next day to get leftover trash and scraps. I cannot tell you how wonderful an experience I had. I am getting emotional just writing this. He made the nightmare of our leak and needing an entire new roof as easy and painless as he could.
