"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. Cole was fantastic from start to finish. He helped me set up financing arrangements and made sure the best roofing team was a signed to my job. Any time I needed his help with questions or needed to understand something better, he was there for me. Even after the job was complete, he came by my home to make sure I was satisfied with the results. In fact, while he was there, he went around with a magnet to double check for nails. I want to also like to say that the roofers assigned to my house are the best. They were very helpful and cleaned up before they left each day. This was a two day job.
