I thanked them and decided against it, talked to Anthony and liked what he proposed. Anthony and Keith came within 30 minutes, removed sewage water and sludge, got a big snake in there with a camera, and located the clog. This was a big, stubborn clog just under the porch and I saw everything on the screen. They pushed their heavy duty auger from the basement for about 45 minutes. When they pushed the clog past the cleanout outside, they tried from the outside with an even bigger sectional snake. Heavy work, they were sweating, but working quietly and confidently. They are both respectful, likeable, and their cleanliness is top notch. It was very interesting to see them working in the same day as Roto Rooter.
