"I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. With that being said, here's why! if you want them to cause huge issue between neighbors, trespass on others lawn, threaten to shoot your dogs with nail guns, cause damage to your property and refuse to fix it, and when told repeatedly not to remove a fence or damage it, they ignore, disregard, and disrespectfully do all these things regardless! if you value your community and your neighbors do not hire them. They do not care! They will take your money and leave chaos behind. When I called several times asking them to just fix what they did, there words were, " Not my legal responsibility to have to do anything". What about just being a good company and doing what's right? The value of this company is a "0"! You may ask, well did I hire them? No. I am the one that has the damage and chaos left behind. I am the one trying to hold back my own dog in my own fenced in yard that they trespassed from getting threatened to be shot by nail gun, This is just a company who does not have the buyer or their community in mind! They don't return phone calls when you have important questions before work begins and just comes in makes a mess and leaves with your money and don't care. I called the police and they told them they were trespassing and they were in the wrong and as a company they still did not make it right. Even when I had photos of my fence before and after. If you value your neighborhood and your neighbors, hire someone else that will hold your standards just as high and protect the properties around the ones they are being paid for to place their work."

The shelf life of concrete depends on whether it's wet or dry. Ready-mixed concrete in its wet form lasts approximately 90 minutes to two hours after water is added, so it is essential to schedule your delivery carefully. Bags of dry concrete mix can last several months if stored properly in a cool, dry place. Moisture exposure can cause the cement to harden or lose strength over time.
An average concrete truck can hold between eight and 11 cubic yards of concrete, although some larger trucks can carry up to 15 cubic yards. However, road weight limits often restrict the amount they can carry, so most deliveries are around eight to 11 cubic yards. Knowing this helps you plan the number of truckloads you'll need for your project.
Pouring concrete doesn't take very long once the truck arrives. One cubic yard of concrete can be poured in about 10 minutes. Therefore, a full truck with 10 cubic yards of material would take approximately one hour and 40 minutes to empty. Keep in mind, though, that preparation and finishing work add time to the overall project.
Concrete sealing typically costs between $1,400 and $3,000. A high-quality sealer forms a durable barrier that blocks moisture, chemicals, and stains, helping the surface resist cracking and discoloration. By protecting the slab now, you avoid costly repairs later and extend the concrete’s lifespan. For best results, pros thoroughly clean the surface and apply the product evenly at the manufacturer’s recommended coverage rate.
Installing a standard concrete walkway costs around $1,800 for 200 square feet, which usually translates to a 3-foot-wide, 65-foot-long path poured to a 4-inch thickness. That figure includes both materials and professional labor. Reinforcement, coloring, or decorative finishes can raise the price, as can increasing the slab’s thickness to support light vehicle traffic. Knowing the dimensions and intended use in advance helps your local concrete contractor quote accurately and avoid surprise add-ons.
A concrete slab costs between $3,600 and $7,200. The final price depends on thickness, reinforcement, and site preparation. Basic residential pours use a 4-inch slab, but garages or workshops may need extra depth or steel rebar, which drives up material and labor charges. Some homeowners opt for prefabricated slabs delivered to the site, trading higher transport fees for quicker installation and consistent quality. Discuss load requirements and soil conditions with your contractor to choose the most cost-effective option.
