"The sliding glass door they showed me was not the door they installed. Not same quality (my opinion) and no lock. When installing they broke a string of patio lights, and said they would replace them when they came back to place the windows, No clean up of the shattered glass on my patio. They called me the day the windows came in and wanted to install that day, I had to request a time 2 days later when someone would be at the house. They installed the windows, and there is a slight tear in the screen of one just above the latch. For the price I would think the screens would be metal, not vinyl. In fairness, they did install the patio door next day service. But I was not there to **verify** the window installation to remind them of the patio lights, or seek some kind of reimbursement for the breakage, and I did not see the torn screen until I stayed at the house the following week. Great salesman, just not fantastic products or follow up. Secretary told me there would be a 30% discount, I never saw any printed pricing, just what the salesman quoted me, I did not see any discount, but I needed the door ASAP so agreed, my fault for not comparing products or prices."

"Besides the siding, we also had the Windows replaced and the roof replaced. And all of it was done in about a week! When you realize that everything had to be pulled off before the new could go on, that seemed really fast for us. They were also able to schedule some bathroom updates, sinks/countertops & a shower stall with seat, to start and finish the same week. Great coordination and quality work."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

Been in the handyman field for a while with some experience in deck building, siding, trim(interior and exterior), backsplash and tile work as well. "They made my house a home. Mike, and Chase developed a plan, walked us through each step of the process of planning, picking roofing, siding and colors. Most importantly, as the work began, more damage was discovered in the shell of the house. They went above and beyond to reassure us everything would be taken care of, including coming by daily to monitor the progress even though they had multiple jobs on going. They are extremely thorough, knowledgable, detailed and care very much about customer satisfaction. One additional thing that really stood out to me was that both Mike, and Chase would check the home after the crew had completed the day, for the work completed and any trash or construction items in the yard. They really are superior and I highly recommend this company."

Lance was able to start work within days of us contacting him, and despite a few obstacles outside his control, completed the job within the time frame necessary. "*** Update. After talking with Pat at Four Seasons, they have to decided to make things right. Our windows are now going to be replaced with windows with grids. The gutters have been fixed. Everything has been fixed. Advised Pat of the major lack of communication from the sales team. Buyer beware!!! This is the second time that I have worked with Four Seasons, and will probably be the last. I called to have new fascia, soffit, and gutters installed. I told the salesman that the fascia bored was rotting in several places. He also told me I should order windows as they are having a big sale because of covid, so I did. I was told that the soffit, fascia, gutters would be done in 2 weeks. They showed on the 4th week, and the only reason they showed up then is because my constant asking when they would be out. The installed the fascia over the rotten parts. I called before they were done and the owner came out and said that would be an extra charge but we will replace the parts that are not done. They left the stuff they already cover up. When the guy came out to measure for the windows we were asked if we wanted grids or not. I told him we wanted grids. When the widows showed up they did not have the grids. My salesman said he could fix it, but it would cost $191 per window to fix it. Also, after the gutters got installed, my wife heard the installer say "wont be the first job for me to get called back to fix a job." One of the downspouts is installed incorrectly. I noticed it the next day. Here almost 2 weeks later and it is not fixed. Be very careful when ordering through them and make sure you double check the work before they leave. The communication between costumer and sales is not lacking. W I wished we had the other sales person we used before. He is no longer with the company."

"When I first looked at them and signed the contract all was fairly good on Angies List, then they got de-listed for past business practices.
The project:
Extremely poor communications, I had to initiate all followup. Lots of excuses from them, some of them a bit off the wall. I took a week off of my business travel to be here for the project and they never showed up. Had to take a second week. Also, they are evidently not listed as an authorized Hardie installer on Hardie's site. That does not seem to affect warranty thankfully.
It is also apparent that the owners can not fund their projects or payroll and we had to pay for all materials and then they ask for immediate progress payments to pay the crew.  Then with the material leftovers they "get" you and the returned product refunds go to them via the distributor after pick up. Vantage Point did not offer any refund option for materials returned yet we paid for them. We also got no break in markup for product since we paid and more or less funded (we were the bank)  this project.
The actual crew for the Hardie siding was great and per the distributor they are the best crew in town for Hardie. They subcontract to the owners so you may get other crews on your project. Workmanship seems to be spot on but again, this is the crew. Painters were good too but again, had to call in my credit card number when they went to get the paint. 
You will have to project manage them if you decide to use them but I would wait until there is a clearer picture of just who they are, what their past business practices have actually been and that they are financially strong enough to fund the projects. Per other postings on other sites they have had other businesses in the past where there is controversy.
This is the first time Angie's list has let me down due to slow action to de-list the company and also take action to have them remove their Angie's list service awards from their advertising. Thankfully the crew that did the work was top notch. Oh, and there will probably be a response from Vantage Point, there is a pattern to their responses....read carefully.
