"The encapsulation went very well. The workers removed existing insulation and did a nice job putting up new insulation. They also sprayed the mold on the floor joists above, although that cost extra. The problem arose when the foreman came to rear of the house to see the patio to be removed. He seemed completely surprised at its size and told me quite frankly that they were not given its dimensions, and so had no way to haul that much concrete away that day. The fact that they didn't have the size of the patio is bizarre, since an inspector came to our house twice (once to quote, the other to sign documents) and had measured the patio both times. The workers broke up the concrete and said they would arrange for someone to come out and remove the concrete-- also frustrating as I'm a teacher, and this work was being done the very last weekday of summer break. Now I can see how miscommunications can happen, and I understand that the workers couldn't haul away the material that day. That's not my issue. My issue is that here we are Wednesday of next week, and not only does my back yard still look like the apocalypse has hit, but they didn't even call to schedule anything! I've heard nothing! When I called them myself at 4PM I was sent to the scheduling people only to get a recording and a voice mail! When you mess up, it's only a problem if you don't make it right, and these people seem wholly unconcerned that they messed up and left a huge mess in my back yard. I understand that the removal of concrete isn't their forte, but this is just silly. Update: After calling, they scheduled an appointment to haul away the concrete the next week, and while they did it, the representative was really pushy trying to upsell me on tons of extras. If I ever need work done on my foundation again, I will definitely find someone else. I suggest you consider doing the same."

"Their work was excellent. The sales person came at 2:00 on Thursday Dec. 29 and sold us on the products and service. They had another project cancel and re-directed to our project with one person there the next morning. Had a minor issue with the 1st worker not plugging in the freezer when finished. We also expected more people to show up Saturday 12/31 (New Year's Eve), but they did not get enough crew to volunteer. One person came Monday, some more on Tuesday, then a full crew on Wed. to finish the digging and other work. They will be back later to seal cracks in the concrete floor which were under the furniture when they were there. Very impressed with the quality and follow-up to ensure we were satisfied."

"We had the foundation repaired around our house and the basement repaired due to our drainage problems. This was 17 years ago and we have had no problems since that time. Also, Everdry furnishes a sump pump to us free of charge and we always have an extra sump pump in case the electric power goes off. I would suggest to every new home owner who builds a new house to have Everdry do the waterproofing of the foundation and drainage outside the house. They are wonderful!"

"They installed a heavy duty sump with battery back-up, drainage around perimeter and center of basement and a dry well in back yard. They also patched cracks in floor. When they were done, they cleaned up everything, and the place was immaculate. I thoroughly recommend them!"

Troy came out over a year ago to quote - he spent nearly 4 hours on my property making sure that he understood exactly what was going on with each of my buildings. He took several pictures and gave a very estimate. I had several other companies come out to provide quotes & they just simply weren't as thorough or kind. Troy continued to follow up and once we were able to budget for the project, he came out and made sure nothing had changed. Throughout the job he took TONS of pictures so I didn't have to go under the building to check it out. They were professional & very respectful of our business operations. "We had a very positive experience from the very first phone call all the way through to the finished product.

My husband spotted a crack on the outside of our foundation and contacted Stay-Dry. Wayne, the salesman, returned his call right away and set up an initial inspection both inside and outside. The inside basement wall was covered by dry-wall so Wayne told him that he would do another inspection after it was removed. After the second inspection he gave us a very thorough quote and said that the service manager, Perry, would contact us on Monday. Just as promised, Perry called and set up a final inspection. My husband was at work during the final inspection so Perry very patiently explained everything to me and also assured me that there would be very little mess as they use a vacuum cleaner and set up a tent around the work area.

Work was scheduled for the following Friday and Jim and Caleb were right on time. They were both very polite and professional and Jim explained one final time what they were going to do. He also kept me up-to-date throughout the day as they finished each step. The job took about 6 hours and when they were finished the only evidence that they had been there was the completed work. They did such a great job cleaning up that there was no cement dust anywhere.

Overall we were very impressed with how professional and friendly everyone was and with the work completed. We definitely recommend for any foundation repair.

The crew was polite, kind, and came in, did an excellent job in 3 days by digging a trench on the inside of the basement, removing the dirt from the bottom of the foundation, installed corrugated tubing, rock and then cement. They also installed a Humidex airpurifier and new sump pump with a backup pump. They cleaned up afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a respectful manor. I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water. The system is warranted for the life of the house and included within the price, which increased the value of my home."
