He gave me all the choices I had for the windows and did not pressure or "sell" me on anything that I did not need for want. The work was top notch. He made sure that everything was perfect before he left and even let me know that if there was a problem please give him a call and he would come back and make adjustments. The windows are beautiful. "I had tried installing a new French Patio Door and could not get it to close. I called Swans based on the reviews here. He scheduled an appointment and came down and quickly determined the issue. He took the time to explain why I was having trouble and how he had two options to correct it. He had the door installed within about a couple hours and did not even charge me the full estimated cost of 250. He offered to do the rest of the install work (foam insulation, reattach brick mould, etc) but I enjoy that stuff. I will definitely keep him in mind when I have another project I need help on or someone to do for me

"Hamdan Quality Roofing was able to provide a great product at a very good price point. Other companies are potentially 1.5x or 2x the price. They can provide a good price because they are family owned/operated, they own a metal roll forming machine where other may not, and they make their own fittings (z-bar, ridge cap, w-valley channel, end caps, etc). It is very important to understand the differences in what you get with metal roofing products as there are so many variations and they are transparent about the different products. They can quote agricultural panels (exposed fastener panels), shingles, and standing seam (concealed fastener). I went with a 24-gauge metal standing seam (concealed fastener). They were able to put it right overtop of the first layer of shingles (with a synthetic barrier) which some other contractors may or may not quote it that way. They own their own metal roofing roll forming machine (Englert Machinery - model FP1101), they purchased large rolls of metal from CMG metals, and they had a metal bending machine in their trailer to bend their fittings (ridge cap, z-bar, w-valley flashings, drip edge, eave end cap, ect). The panels were made on site which was cool to watch. They installed S-5 Colorgard snow bars. Some hiccups with the permitting but it was approved by the township after the township dropped the ball on a couple things. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a metal standing seam roof."
