"The entire team at Victors Home Solutions far exceeded my expectations. As a senior woman with no roofing experience, I totally appreciated Chris Kincannon and Marco Ruggiero clearly explaining every detail on a free interior and exterior inspection of my 2 story home, 17 year old GAF shingled, large leaking roof. Chris and Marco gave roof & attic videos & photos, along with their very calm, friendly manner, informed me without any pressure.Their suitcase of sample mockup roof trim, vents, & shingles was extremely helpful to me, I a visual learner. They answered every question clearly and provided me with all of the information that I needed on this large project. Within 4 days of inspection, my new roof and new skylight were installed by a great team led by Douglas & Luis Gutierrez. It only took 8 hours for this great crew to replace & install my beautiful new roof. The cleanup was perfect. What a great team! I highly recommend Victor’s Home Solutions Company in Canton, MI! "Overpriced, way too many money mistakes. The crew tried to hide damage. Even though they claim a project mgr., I was told by many, "not my responsibility". When the finally came to correct an " oversight", I had to supplied both the paint and the BRUSH... and they left me to clean the brush. They quoted me (and charged me) for items they did not deliver. I had to work to get a refund. They left more than 100 nails on my neighbor's property. Do yourself a favor-get a cheaper source. You might have the same issues but at least you aren't paying a premium for them."
