"The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

"Very professional and timely installation. The team did everything that they said they were supposed to do. I am very pleased with the quality of my new windows and how they look in my older home. The sales person did a wonderful job explaining all of the features and even took extra time to inspect other parts of my home that I was having issues with. I was very pleased with the follow up and follow through that the company provided Overall the communication professionalism and cleanliness are the things that stood out to me."
