"The previous owner of our property used his French drain installation as a selling point, but shortly after we moved in we found water in the basement after a storm. It turned out that the "French drains" were a trench at the edges of the basement and a sump pump. The drains were not piped to the sump pump. We had Arid install real French drains with pipe to the sump pump well. Thus was in 2005 and we have not had any water in the basement since. Pat explained the job well and his team performed it quickly. They cleaned up well afterwards. The pump finally gave out last night (after almost 12 years). Arid is going to install new one on Friday."

I had a complex job that included over 200 feet of an internal french drain system, several sump pumps, several window drains, several foundation wall repairs, a couple of floor drains, and a discharge line with a pop up drain emitter that was dug as a trench by existing landscaping outside to move water away from the foundation. Such a job can be overwhelming especially with active moisture infiltration, but National Pro Waterproofing made it seamless from start to finish and completed the job in just 2 days, which was very impressive.
