He inspected and replaced some old valves and copper piping that was developing a leak. He took his time to make sure that everything was completed properly. He even made sure that the temperature setting was the same as it had been before. (I have young children who like to play with the faucets, and I didn't want the temperature too hot.) I really like the look of my new water heater and everything is working great."
