"I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They cam within a day of when I called, assessed and fixed one problem, installed a new water heater the same day, and returned the next day to install new pipes above the water heater. The plumbers were polite, professional, and explained clearly what they were doing. Pricing was very reasonable and I also have a yearly service contract. Office personnel were also friendly and knowledgeable. Will only use them from now on."

"Job was done in timely manner. Cleaned nicely when job was finished. Danny W was my installer Came in removed old jetted tub and surrond .Fixed a plumbing issue with p trap in shower area. Installed new shower and grab bars. Needed tub removed with aging in place. Tired of stepping over tub..The new shower easier to clean with vinegar and water. Grab bars that I don't have to worry about them breaking. The surround goes to the ceiling. So don't have to worry about water on the backer board.. With the chrome and stainless steel looks amazing.Glad got bench seat in back.So can sit and shower .With shower hose extension."

"We are extremely satisfied with Creative Tile. From beginning of process to the end this team led by Craig V. exceeded expectations. I have to say they will be on very top of my list for next project. The initial quote was accurate, work was done on time, and was top quality. They demo’d Bathroom, built a custom shower pan, installed new shower plumbing, installed a new free standing tub, added G fault outlet, laid tile, re-routed plumbing, installed new vent fan, re-worked toilet wax rings, prepped for granite, built custom shower wall features, prepped for shower glass, and generally made sure everything was perfect. Great transparent communication, and requested payment only as work was completed. Dream contractor."

"Thought an outside water spigot was my problem ending more then expected but it was repaired very fast, thank you."

"Installers did an excellent job job and am very pleased with the shower. Replaced our shower in 5 hours and redid the water pipes inside the wall. Put covering on all the floors they walked on."

"We *love* our new step-in shower in the guest bath! Our SAS installer, Collin, did the job in less than 9 hours. He was busy the entire time but gladly paused to answer our questions along the way. We are happy with the outcome and pleased that we paid significantly less than the estimates we got from companies that advertise constantly on TV. Paying their prices (almost double!) could not have given us a better shower than the one we got from SAS. (By the way, beware of companies that start with an outrageously high price and offer you huge discounts only if you sign a contract "right now." If they still make money at that lower price, why don't they offer it to you in the first place?) SAS doesn't charge extra for advertising. They let satisfied customers spread the word! We think you'll be as pleased with your SAS shower as we are."

"I have been using this company for over 6 years for all of my rental properties. Shawn is upfront, honest and most important knows what he is doing and the job gets done right the first time. Dont call the plumbers that advertise heavily on the radio and tv unless you want to overpay."

"Very happy with my new Liberation walkin tub.I also love the special toilet. They also installed a sink/vanity for me. I recommend them if you want quality work."
