"He responded quickly to my message and did not work on LG refrigerators but he was very courteous and I mentioned that we had just installed a garbage disposal on the weekend and as I did not feel it had any bearing on the fact that my refrigerator no longer would dispense water. When I said we lived in Sun City he said there was three water shutoffs under the sink and most likely we did not open all of them. He was so pleasant and took the time to tell me to check the shutoffs. I would give him A+ ane would definetely call him in the future for appliance repair"

"<p>He came on time and did repair the defect with used parts and I was fine with  him using those parts, but felt the price of the used parts were excessive at $200.  He was a very easy going guy , I do feel he was knowledgeable and he did fix the machine with one trip..</p> <p><br /></p> <p> I also thought the service charges was a bit too much considering I was charged $95. for the first 30 minutes and an additional charge of $72 for 45 minutes past the half hour.
