This wasn’t my first bad experience — I met two other contractors from Angi before Jaden, and all three were sketchy, with some even appearing intoxicated. But Kramer’s was by far the most unprofessional, especially when it came to communication. If you want honesty, reliability, and respect for your time and money, look elsewhere."
