NIck and his team and his team of professionals were very informative, attentive and took the time to understand and assess the issues before making a recommending the steps needed to complete the job. Nicks clear communication and expertise put me at ease throughout the process. He consistently kept me informed, provided before and after photos and regularly updated me on the progress of the project. World class service, simple and caring. "

"Matt did a great job with our backyard transformation project. We had 3 areas that would flood even with a small amount of rain. My backyard was so uneven that my kids could not safely run without stepping into holes due to neglect by previous owners. Matt removed a shed and gazebo and disposed of it. He was flexible with a last minute tree removal and halted the project to accommodate our schedule. We no longer have water issues, even landscape, and a great looking new lawn. Matt is very professional and a great communicator. He has followed up with us multiple times, overseeded, and fertilized. He even gave us free mulch that was unexpected. I would highly recommend Matt's services."

We wanted old overgrown shrubs to be removed and replaced with shrubs that would not require much upkeep and trimming. He told us about evergreens that have various hues and sizes. He planted seven shrubs, there are three different hues and one shrub that will grow taller. Then put stone down as dressing for the bed. We could not be happier. "I was looking to get quotes to repair or replace the damper in my fireplace. After getting some outrageous quotes from other companies, the Chim-Line technician came in, played around with the damper for about 5 minutes and fixed it. He explained that it had somehow jumped the grooved area where it should be seated and got it back into place. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing. So technically I did not hire them, but should I need any work going forward with the fireplace or chimney Chim-Line will absolutely be the first company I call. In addition, their communications prior to coming out was excellent."
