I just wish there was an even more powerful way to describe the outstanding, professional service and workmanship we received from Ted at First Class Tile. From the very first call through the day of completion was a first class experience, and we could not be happier with the entire process. The day I called Ted for an estimate, he was able to come and provide detailed recommendations and pricing. His formal written estimate was exactly what he described in person earlier that day. He got us scheduled quickly, and worked with us on questions and design elements in the days leading up to the job. AND guess what ! He showed up on time or even a few minutes early each day to begin work. And WORK HE DID ! He quickly set up and protected our floors all the way to outside the house. He worked Clean, fast, and efficiently. Each day he explained what would be completed that day, and he always accomplished what he said he would. He cleaned up the work area spotless after himself every day. He gave great instructions on preparing and maintaining our new shower. And the bill was exactly what was estimated, no surprises ! He was so friendly and agreeable. I have spent my entire life in the service industry and Ted’s customer service is truly a refreshing thing! Trust him with any job he promises to deliver on, you will be so glad you did."

Mark was easy to talk to, listened carefully, and made good recommendations (especially important for us, since we were investing in a major bathroom renovation for the first time). We were deeply impressed with Josh, who led the renovation work. He worked hard, was always on time, and remained in communication with us whenever anything didn't quite work the way we all expected. Josh was great at offering suggestions and had great taste, knowing what would go together and what wouldn't (and thus giving us plenty of time to return fixtures and product as we made multiple exchanges). "Work went really well, I asked for some things that were a lil outside the box such as the niche across the entirety of shower and some countertops that were new to them.. they took the time to research and implement, i was very happy with the results.. the thing i think i can appreciate the most though is that when the job called for 1 guy there was 2 guys and when it called for more there was 5 guys, bathrooms were done on time.. it wasn’t 1 guy taking 8 weeks to remodel 2 bathrooms"
