"Shawn called me back promptly, after I left a message for him. He ordered the part, and called soon thereafter, to arrange to come out to do the repair. He arrived when he said he would, and made short work of the job. This, despite that my dishwasher was firmly lodged under the counter, and didn't want to budge. Shawn retained his good humor throughout. Next thing I knew, the dishwasher was out, and the repair was completed. Shawn was personable, and very professional. "It only took days for the issue to come back. It did work more quickly in the store when they turned it on there. I just don't think they set me up for upcoming issues; they just temporarily fixed something and didn't prepare the computer to handle whatever it was that caused the slowness in the first place.  <br /> I have purchased two computers from Best Buy. I have a love/hate relationship with them because, at times, they are cold and don't seem to be "in the moment" when working with you as a customer. They have their earpiece going off, they are looking around while working with you, and they sometimes seem "programmed" to say certain things or sell certain products.  <br /> As for the Geek Squad, I had one come to my house, and they were great. But when I wait in line at the store and then wait in line again to pick the item up, I - again - feel like they have something more important to do rather than help a customer. Part of me thinks they are understaffed in those areas (computer sales and Geek Squad). Sometimes I think that it must be hard to find workers who are  both computer-savvy and have a pleasant personality.  <br /> I have learned to do my homework before going there = doing the research on computers and even calling to see when their "slow times" are at the store. It's wonderfully located with great parking and decent layout. <br />"

"The only problem was communicating with Spectrum, specifically Ben Hicks, the owner and service provider. His phone number and email address were incorrect as listed by Angies. Nevertheless, we managed a phone call and set a service date. I found him to be a completely thorough, thoughtful and technically proficient professional. He kept me informed as to his findings and remediation, all of which were logical. Finally, his charge was quite reasonable (for four hours work). I most certainly will call him next fall for an inspection. He's earned my trust and confidence. I will recommend him to my friends. <br />"

"Burlington Refrigeration was excellent. He determined that my refrigerator couldn't be repaired, so he didn't want to charge me anything. But I thought that wasn't fair and I payed him for his time. He was very personable. He came immediately. He was very prompt. He responded to me quickly and got to me quickly and was prompt and professional in diagnosing the problem. He didn't waste my time or his own. He was extremely honest. He had his computer with him so he could hitch up to the manufacturer's website to get specific details about that particular model. I thought that was very good. His decisions were well founded and well researched, right there on the spot. I think that's kind of unusual for a repairman. He's not just relying on his just his own experience. I felt very reassured."
