"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. "We were so impressed with their service beginning with the estimate, which was way below two other estimates that did not include prevention measures such as the gutter system they installed above the door where the water was coming in. They identified the problem immediately and recommended a couple of options and actually suggested the cheaper option would be just as effective as the more expensive. They replaced the wood floor in our laundry room with a rubber floor looks exactly like the old floor and matched up almost perfectly. They were genuinely interested in our total satisfaction, which is rare today. They also do many other home services in addition to floors and we WILL be calling them again.
