"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. "Harvey has great workmanship and skills. Extremely clean and efficient. The only hold ups were due to me waiting on supplies to be shipped and my decisions. He removed 3 bedrooms of carpets and replaced them with wood vinyl flooring. Then I began to add work. He then fixed cracks in kitchen ceiling and painted the walls to include the great room. That was so beautiful, I added more. The kitchen cabinets. He repaired the cracks and sprayed them . Gorgeous, so we added the glass tiles in the background under the cabinets. The final job was to take the microwave and cabinet above the stove out and replace with a decorative hood. Wow, it’s superb. I love the results. Everything was spotless and well protected from spray. And yes I would recommend Harvey highly and call on him again. Kathy Wheeler"
