"John Gilbert, the owner of this particular company, is personable, listens to your concerns, attempts to remedy your floor issues without costing you unnecessary repairs. He even came back a second time because he was concerned regarding some movement in the floor and wanted to make sure that when installed, the same problem would not reoccur. He even reached out to others in his organization. He is on time, responsible, caring, and overall a very nice person to work with. He is a rare person in today's world. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone who is looking to either repair or replace a wood floor. Anne Wold, Deerfield, Illinois"

"Mr Morales and his team was very professional and all ways on time. They did a wonderful job on our bathroom shower and floor."

"Mr wood is honest, respectful and clean!"

"MCM came in when a previous installer was not able to start the work in the promised time. The project took longer than expected, but not entirely their fault. The old wood in one room was installed with the wrong adhesive and was a mess to remove. The finished work is outstanding. And they went "above and beyond the call of duty" in offering to clean my roof and fix wood rot caused by water seepage at no extra cost. They are at the top of my list for the next home repair job. (Wish I could add a picture of my new floors!)"

"The laminate installation wasn't so bad, the bad part of the job was the reinstallation of the trim between the baseboard and the new floor that I have to redo myself because it was left all broken and badly nailed"

"A+ RECOMMEND HIGHLY Jessie was prompt, has excellent communication, and all of the work done was exacting. Great craftsmanship, detail oriented. Reasonable pricing. We had a partially demoed bathroom. We needed DRYWALL repair to match existing plaster, prime and PAINTING, a transition from wood floor to tile ( as the previous contractor had left this unfinished), installed PLUMBING fixtures including having to replace part of the waste pipe due to old cast iron and old flange not meeting floor any more ( previous contractor). While here he also performed several HANDYMAN/ Carpentry services for me including constructing a door to our crawlspace, a metal roof to protect our tankless water heater mounted outside, and fixed our gate. He also removed and installed a second toilet in the master bath. A HUGE thank you to Jessie for finishing our project Also, we need a set of handicapped bars for the toilet adapted as the store bought dimensions did not work for our existing floor plan ( too wide). Jessie was able to source it to a welder for us. It is perfect and was very affordable. Made all the difference in making the bathroom functional for our daughter, who is a wheelchair user"

"Excellent work! Mr. Gonzalez & his crew were very pleasant to work with. They look take pride in their work & want to do an excellent job. Our house looks amazing & whatever we needed changed or fixed he was happy to do. We will use him again for future projects."
