These guys were to only ones that looked for a better/more economical solution. "We signed the contract with Verengo 03/07/14 to lease the solar panels. The panels were installed on 4/10/14 and the team was very professional and quick. A few concrete tiles were broken during the installation but they were replaced the next day. There was a code problem that arose when the City came to inspect but again it was corrected (at no cost to us). Everything was approved at the second inspection. On 05/12/14, we were notified that we could flip the switch to activate the panels.  We will be saving approximately $100.00 a month on our electric bill and are very happy with the work done by Verengo.

"The overall experience was good. Even though our roof is quirky and we have parts that are shaded, they were able to angle panels in different areas to get the maximum sun exposure. There was one glitch...the system wasn't working when we first turned it on upon approval from the electric company but once I contacted them they were quick to come out. The problem was a switch that hadn't pushed on properly and was an easy fix. We felt like they worked very hard to get the system in for us quickly and were polite and professional throughout the experience."

"Carlos, the owner of Energy Source Electric, came to our home as a request for an estimate to install a new electrical panel and upgrade the service from 100amp to 200amp. Within 10 minutes I knew I was going to hire him. He was very personable, professional, and it did not take but a few minutes for Carlos to explain the entire process: the approximate time frame it would take which included filing permits, approval for matters concerning SCE, panel replacement and final inspections. "Landmark construction and energy crew executed a whole kitchen renovation for us, including custom cabinets, new floors, new countertops, electrical (sub panel with lights and switches), recessed lighting covering, plumbing fixtures, took down wall to expand the kitchen area by merging it to the living room space. The cost included all the materials for cabinets and countertops, backsplash tiles, new floors and the appliances. We are thrilled with our new kitchen! Charlie, Nir and the workers did an excellent work and while the whole job was completed in less than a month. You could see how hard they worked in order to keep the work moving so it will be done in that time period that they originally promised us. On top of that, they worked hard to get things to our requirements (i.e. to stain the cabinets, complete the paint etc…). We all were pleasant and satisfied to have them work at our house and mainly with Charlie (project manager) that was approachable and supportive when we had requests or problems. I must mention that on few times, we were bothered with some of the workers when they didn’t show up when they should, or worked more hours on the electricity panel. Clearly enough, it’s normal that you must have to handle a lot of problems when you decide on going for this type of project. The final cost was the same as we agreed with them at first, although we were sure that it will be increased due to some additional things that we did during the work and that were not included in the first estimate/agreement.
