"Great experience - installers Alex and John came out the same day I had contacted DSI for a quote - my existing door was installed pretty poorly by the previous owner and had huge gaps around the edges, but they leveled it out, fixed the door, installed the operator and all the accessories in a short amount of time and left no mess behind. "Overhead Door sent out a representative within 2-3 days of contacting them for an estimate. The representative was knowledgeable, very friendly and also saved us money by suggesting that we keep our existing garage door hardware, track and remote, as they were still in good working condition. I went to the Overhead Door facility on Riverside St./Portland to see the doors available in their showroom. They required a deposit to order the doors. Approximately 6 weeks later, the installation took place. They removed the 2 doors, repaired the existing tracks (now the tracks work better and look much sleeker) installed the new doors, re-programmed our existing car remotes, and walked us through the work that he had completed.
