"New Image Remodel Is an awesome company! I had a dream kitchen in my head and Johnny with New Image Remodels made it a reality. Johnny removed walls in my pass through kitchen, poured concrete and added beams giving me a 22x18 Kitchen!, a 4x8 island with 12 drawers and three cabinets, a 6x6 walk in pantry, a 6x6 Laundry room. His crew installed wood look porcelain floors throughout house, barn doors, custom cabinets and shelves, new lighting, new drywall, and they painted all but bedrooms and bathrooms. They installed a new tiled walk in shower and glass doors and after it was all done he sent a cleaning crew to the house. This was all done in less than 3 months. Johnny and his crew were so easy to work with, they were respectful and always thoughtful and cautious with us having a little one in the house. The quality of work done on every single thing they did was 100% perfect. I couldn’t be any happier with this company, they made my dream kitchen come true!"

They renovated the entire upper floor of our house. They installed new laminate flooring and painted our walls, doors, and baseboards. They remodeled two bathrooms completely, installing new vanities, granite countertops, and tiled our floors and showers. The crews were FANTASTIC. "This was not a roofing job, but the above drop-down menu doesn’t give a choice I can select. This was a major kitchen and floor remodeling job. Fantastic experience, from the very beginning when Ron came to the house to discuss the project. Budget was very reasonable and he kept us abreast of the project’s progress, including unanticipated issues with our old plumbing and electrical connections, which were promptly and efficiently addressed. Ron is affable, very professional and responds immediately to any request. Likewise, his crew were pleasant, professional and left the place very tidy when all was finished. After the project ended, we found a few minor issues (as in any project) that were fixed the very same say or no later than the next morning. Am delighted to highly recommend Ron Kruger. This company makes remodeling a very pleasant experience!"

While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. The project manager was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pressured us to accept the offer. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of work on the first bathroom and are confident the second will turn out just as well. A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule. The space is narrow, so the photo angles don’t do it justice, but I hope they still give a sense of the high-quality work delivered."
