They did so very quickly to avoid any more water damage to the house interior. They even came on a Saturday with a crew of 4 to make the house weather tight again before more rain the next day. "We had water leaking from an exhaust vent in our bathroom after the last storm. I called Robinson Roofing and left a message. Paul Robinson, the owner, called me back a couple of hours later. We set a rough time to meet the next day since I would be home all day. Paul sent me a text message during that time window letting me know he was on his way. He was very nice and personable. He took pictures of the vents on our roof and said all of our exhaust vents needed to be sealed (which was not surprising since it is an older home). We agreed on a price and he did the work right away. He also swept off the tree debris that had collected in the valleys of the roof and cleaned off the gutters. Just to be nice, he even swept off the front porch and drive. He took pictures of all work both before and after and showed us the pictures. He explained that all work comes with a one year guarantee and said he would email that in writing along with a receipt later that day.
We are very pleased with the work that was done. Mr. Robinson was very nice and professional. The work was fast and very affordable. If we have any other roofing issues in the future, we will definitely have the work done by Robinson Roofing.
