"Install was simple and took a modest amount of time. Still need to install an outlet in a cabinet to hide the power cord for the keypad. The alarm is loud, but not audible outside the house. Consider an add-on unit if you want to alert the neighbors. Signal range is less than ideal for some window sensors; a repeater (most any 2gig module that is hardwired) of some sort will likely help. Motion sensors are cheap looking and do not inspire confidence. Tech support answered quickly and walked me through a technical question about adding a second keypad to the system. Cellular communications are far superior to ADT system at previous house. I do not like the contract renewal clause."

"I received the system on time, set up was fairly easy. Activation support was superb and in the month since the alarm was activated it has worked flawlessly. I like the fact that I can check, arm and disarm the system remotely. I receive a text very quickly every time the alarm is armed or disarmed. There is a monthly fee of $39.99 and the basic cost of the kit was $99.00, a motion detector, panel, camera equipped motion detector, 4 door alarms, a panic button key fob, stickers and signs."

He upgraded my window system and was a nice guy. My only complaint is that he was rushed to get to the next installation and was not able to take as much time as I wanted to explain the system. He just gave me a quick review. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service."

"Their service was very good. The first time we used them was over Christmas Eve when our furnace went out. We had called several companies to get a part, but no one had it in stock. We called them by recommendation by our parents. They came out that night by 9pm and got everything working. They didn’t charge an arm and a leg, we were very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone. Their clean up very well. We have had them back to service our furnace since then."
