She went over my project in detail and said that this kind of technical work would probably be best served by a company that specializes in this cable and ethernet install. I really appreciate her taking the time to tell me that. We also went over what they CAN do for me in the future and she sent me a list about that and their COVID-19 protocol to keep them and us safe! Also they are fully insured and the team brings a lot of extras in the truck with them to get the work done that day. All the years I've needed help doing home remodels and small upgrades, this type of customer service is rare. This company will be my next go to for estimates on home repairs and remodels. "The job went excellent. Shay repaired about 100 lineal feet of fencing that had blown down. He placed new posts in new concrete. Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. He really cares about doing a great job and is meticulous and makes sure everything is done right instead of trying to rush through it. "He came out and did what we had asked. He also gave us some recommendations to some other things that we needed to have done; he was very informative. He repaired our fence. He also helped strengthened the fence with a tie wire. Four years later the fence is holding up just great."

"Overall, Henry did a good job, and I would use him again. However, he did not rip up enough carpet to know what was really underneath. Turned out, my old house was a mishmash of fir, oak, vinyl and other materials. Very uneven. We instructed Henry to salvage enough oak to do one bedroom, then had new oak installed on rest of the bedrooms. The stairway turned out to be old fir, even though Henry first said it was oak. We went on vacation during a week of the work, which made it difficult for him to convey what was happening. Communication was further complicated by the fact that Henry has a thick accent. Took two solid weeks. The floors do look great. But be aware that he does not do the finish work: the hardwood may not meet the baseboard, no paint on stairway risers, etc. You'll have to hire out others for that, or do it yourself."
