We requested this both for aesthetic and safety reasons (outdoor steps that could easily lead to falls). They worked with us for about three hours and completed a comprehensive plan to accomplish these objectives. A couple of months later they came out and implemented the plan. My wife and I are absolutely delighted. Both objectives were masterfully satisfied. The front of the house is beautifully but very subtly highlighted. The pavers and stairways are easy to identify. He had great ideas and worked with me to adjust as necessary to fit within my budget. The team of 3 that installed the lighting took great care to not disturb our existing landscaping, removed the old lighting and cleaned up everything when they left. Our project was mostly installed in one day, but they had me review what it looked like at night, and then came back the next morning to complete the job and make any adjustments. "Paul was fantastic to work with. We bought a 1970’s home that had been fully remodeled in 2010 and unfortunately the HVAC went out 8 months later. After we had our HVAC replaced, the heated floors stopped working. The HVAC electrician came back out to see if they’d done something to indirectly cause this issue, and after pulling the heated floor relay off the wall, discovered the wiring wasn’t up to code (and could have started a fire at any time since it’s installation 7 years ago.) I contacted Paul from Dependable Electric via email with a description of our problem, some photos, and information on the make/model of our two heated floor thermostats and relay. He researched the equipment and consulted with me over the phone. He suggested replacing the hardware, but was up front that he wouldn’t know if that was the issue, or the full scope of the issue, until he saw it in person for himself. An in-person consultation cost money, so I chose to schedule him to come out for a repair and purchased the $350 replacement thermostats/relay myself (they were returnable), and had them on hand when Paul came in mid Dec. 2017. It turned out the hardware did need replacing (the old ones had lasted much longer than typical). Paul called the thermostat/relay manufacturer several times to ask clarifying questions about the product to make sure he did everything correctly. Unexpected issues arose as well once he had a look behind the scenes, so to speak, included fixing the wiring (had to cut open a small bit of drywall to get to it) and electrical panel circuit work due to it not being completed to manufacturer specs for the amount of heated floor we have when originally installed. He was straightforward about the issues, the costs, came prepared, and was very efficient. Paul was able to finish everything in one day even though the job doubled in scope once we discovered the less obvious issues. He explained all possible options, outcomes, and cost impacts as we went along, and arranged to have the inspector come out within the next 1-2 weeks. No issues were identified by the inspector, the permit was issued, and no further repairs have been required. I was home all day during the repair and my husband met Paul as he was wrapping things up at the end of the day. My husband works in commercial construction (estimator), and was very satisfied with Paul’s knowledge, thoroughness, and straightforwardness when Paul brought him up to speed on everything that had been done. I would definitely call Paul again, or refer to him to a friend. More telling, is that my hard-to-impress husband would also call Paul up again if/when we need an electrician in the future."

"In the past we've also used them to do irrigation system tuneups and repairs  (they found a hidden valve that was broken).  In general we've always found them to be efficient, professional, and low cost.  We only had one problem and it might not have been Aquasense's fault.  One year, after they turned on the irrigation system in the spring, we got a very large water bill.  Many times normal.  It turned out the irrigation system had a leak.  Aquasense said that the leak was not present when they turned on the system.  But if so the leak must have started start soon after that.  I bring this up as a reminder to all to check your water meter immediately after and then shortly after turning it on the spring to see any leaks exist.  There was no obvious sign of leak above ground, yet our water bill was over a thousand dollars for a 2 week period (between when the irrigation system was turned on and the water company read the meter.) <br /> <br />"

"We bought an 80 year old house in Greenlake.  The inspector warned us that it had a recalled Federal-Pacific panel that was a fire danger, and advised we also have the electrical system checked out by a professional.  After talking to a few other providers, we went with QA Electric.  Justin and his team were very responsive and very careful in doing a very big job.   They rewired (almost) the entire house, replacing all the knob-and-tube, tripling the number of outlets, and adding 3-way switches in very complicated locations.  They completed the whole job in a week, on budget, enabling us to move in on time.  We've had no problems in the 2 years since, highly recommended. <br />"

He gave us very good advice on how to take care of my plants, my garden and my lawn. I like the technicians who come over. They are very approachable. They are open to questions. After their treatment they talk to me about what I should be concerned with, what is doing well, and what to look forward to in the future as far as treatment is concerned. They offer us their other services like to prune my trees, which they have done. I like the concern that they show. We have had three different technicians that have come over. I find that they know a lot about the plants, trees and how to care for them. I haven't really compared their cost to other companies. I had another company come out and they were comparable as far as price is concerned."
