He listened to all of our requirements for our new deck to replace the old deck, did the design exactly as specified and handled submitting the design and obtaining the permit from the city. Throughout the permit process Scott handled getting inspections completed for each stage including the final approval. Our deck is a two level deck connected by a staircase. It included new footings and also other cement work around an adjacent hot tub. We went with the composite decking and couldn't be happier with the quality of the materials used not just for the decking but for the structure itself and the railings. The quality of Scott's craftsmanship is superb. I have dealt with quite a few contractors over the years and the quality and professionalism Scott provided is among the very best."
