"There were many ways to pay such as monthly, quarterly, annually, etc. We did not know it would be automatically paid (ACH) on either a credit card or checking account for future payments. We were not told of an option at the time of setup, but later read that for $1 more per payment choice it could be paid by writing a check or using credit card. This is not a big deal but knowing a choice could be made would have been nice at the time. There is a three year contract required so ask about future possibilities in case you move or sell, etc. <br />"

"I was in need of upgrading my home alarm system, so that I could monitor remotely, and in researching my options I found LiveWatch.  The rep that returned my call was Taylor.  Excellent customer service skills.  Very knowledgeable and patient with me.  I wanted to explore my options before making a decision.  No problem there...Taylor gave me his direct line and I was able to call back to have all my questions answered, and when I was ready to complete my purchase everything went very smoothly.  I was previously with ADT, and after weighing the pro's and con's I chose to purchase new sensors vs trying to switch it over (especially since the equipment I had was somewhat dated).  I like the idea that their system is not only wireless but cellular based.  The system arrived next day vs 2nd day which was great.  Everything was labelled, took no time at all to install the sensors.  The keypad is easy to use; everything so far as been very user friendly.  The appointment to activate and test the system went very smoothly.  They email you and telephone you to make sure everything is ok.  The communication is great.  Everyone has been very pleasant to speak with. I did order an additional sensor after the initial set up and adding it as a new device was easy. Cost wise, it was a blessing to find LiveWatch.  ADT required a 3 year contract to upgrade and an increase of my monthly charges.  LiveWatch was able to meet my needs at an affordable monthly rate.  Thank you for the great service! <br />"

"The service went very well. One technician came out and completed the installation a couple hours. He was very helpful and informed me of some better items to use. He upgraded my window system and was a nice guy. My only complaint is that he was rushed to get to the next installation and was not able to take as much time as I wanted to explain the system. He just gave me a quick review. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service."

"Tommy Hendren was great. He showed up ahead of scheduled (but phone on his way over, so that was good). He completed the work quickly and well. Because I have the dreaded aluminum wiring in my condo, he used cop-alum fittings on all installations. (When he took down the hideous old ceiling fixture in the kitchen, he showed me that some wires had already fried to ash!) We discussed modifying all the wiring in my condo with cop-alum fittings for safety, and I do plan on contacting Corrigan Electric again to have this work done as soon as I've saved up for it. Highly recommend this company and this electrician."
