"I highly recommend Robert and his sons. They were extremely professional in getting my basement back to normal after severe water damage. They were timely and got the job done efficiently. Robert is great at communicating through phone/text and came back to my house to check on the progress every day for 5 straight days. Cost of job was very reasonable and they delivered on everything he promised. A very complete evaluation with an estimate came within 24 hours. Within a week PuroClean came in and did the treatments.  All sheet rocked areas were opened up to extend past where water stains were.  The areas were cleaned treated and sealed.  The area which did show active moisture was examined outside and a drain pipe was found to have separated causing water flooding the area whenever it rained.  John fixed the drain pipe. The evaluation and follow up report were reviewed by another mold remediation expert that the buyer had consulted.  The buyer was assured that all work was appropriate and complete.

Everyone I dealt with through this process was beyond pleasant and professional.  All work was scheduled quickly and done in the exact timeframe planned.

Eco Green Solutions were great to deal with.  They came to the home for an initial consultation and provided me with great solutions for the heat loss problem I had in the home.  The salesperson provided me a clean understandable proposal with different options I could choose from depending on my budget.

When we agreed upon the scope their office scheduled an appointment with me to schedule the work.  Their crew showed up on time, wore booties on their feet to keep my floors as clean as possible and did a remarkable job patching and priming the walls for painting.  I wasn't home when the work was performed, but the painting contractor I had in the home at the same time commented on how professional they were and how they made his job so much easier.

As a homeowner, heating and cooling cost are real concerns.  I highly recommend anyone considered with those things like I am to have Eco Green Solutions do an energy audit of their home and see where they can save.

Removed 99% of the tough spots - took extra effort to remove as much as possible for the tough stains the kids has made in their rooms.  Bill was prompt in returning our call for service, thoroughly explained all options, provided a timely estimate and was on time to start the job, very courteous and thorough, cleaned up completely after the job.  We were very satisfied with the results.  Price was a little more than we hoped for and we were able to get a credit for going through Angie's List, but we got great value for the cost.

"Juan was very thorough throughout my entire project. I had originally called him to check out a leak my downstairs neighbor was complaining about, which turned out to not be entirely my fault, and it was uncovered thanks to Juan.. My neighbor was trying to force me to pay $1500 for damages which were also coming from other parts of the building.. That being said, Juan came and took the time to inspect all of our bathrooms and was able to determine that this leak could have come from anywhere, saving me a ton of money.. (Turns out my neighbor just needed cash and needed someone to blame.. ) Nonetheless, after this incident, I trusted Statewide to come over and take a look at my 29 year old heat pump, which was installed way before I moved in and was even born.. I called Juan, we set up a date and completion time for the installation of a new one and I am truly satisfied. He calls every now and then to make sure everything is okay and even provided a year of warranty. I also was provided the warranty paperwork from the manufacturer in case it was needed.. "It took longer than expected because more problems were found, but the work was done very competently and the workers were very nice to deal with. We had to replace a bathtub and do additional tile and sheet rock work and they were able to do all that, so we didn't have to call in additional help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs mold remediation."

"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done.
