"Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. "They installed a new roof for our home. They use the best quality product out there, and charge reasonable price. I was quoted three different prices from three different companies,and Top pros was the best by far, they knew their product and they did or not cut corners. We were so happy with the work they did we hire them to replace our daughters roof also!! Again they did an excellent job, and her roof was in bad shape. "Siding is beautiful. Gutters are nice. Our 2 day job took 2 weeks to complete. During install an exterior electrical box needed to be maneuvered so Siding could go behind it. This threw off electrical to a building that was tied to that outlet. No response from the warranty team other than pay an electrician to fix us and forward the bill for reimbursement. I asked for this in writing and got nothing. The gutter pitch is off and we were guaranteed it would be fixed with the installation of the new gutters. It was not and water drains directly onto an electrical outlet. The warranty dept is radio silent. The billing team was very quick to send us reminders, the bill, and more reminders."

"We have had DDP (Dariusz Pardo and his great crew) do substantial projects for us since 2015 - interior painting and kitchen remodel for my motherâ s condo, exterior painting of our house - so when we decided to do a major refresh and renovation of our house, DDP was our first choice. That was a smart move! After much discussion and thought, we agreed on an expansive project list. * New kitchen: cabinets, quartz countertops, crown molding, ceramic backsplash, porcelain floor, ceiling and under-counter lighting * Replace hardwood floors (rip out hardwood, screw down sub-flooring, install and finish new flooring) * Replace interior doors (19) and door moldings * Replace all baseboard moldings * Build new Pantry and laundry room closets and remodel all other closets * Family Room: Design and install new in ceiling lighting, and install new laminate flooring * Replace all electrical switches and outlets, and install several new outlets in kitchen, bedrooms and family room * Fix creaky stairs * Adjust step height of several stair steps * Paint every room and closet, which required resurfacing of many areas that had deep cracking/peeling of 60 years worth of paint. * Design and install plumbing for a new water softener system, and install system * Install new natural gas Hot Water Heater including leak detector with automatic water shut-off. Along the way, Dariusz made numerous helpful suggestions and incidental improvements, driven by his high standard of design and desire to deliver the best possible results. The projects took about 13 weeks to complete - pretty quick for all the work that was done. The end result is spectacular - we have transformed our tired old house! We are delighted with our new home! Friends and family who have visited are amazed at how beautiful everything is, and how many improvements were made to make cabinets, closets and other spaces much more useful. The kitchen tops the list. We LOVE our new kitchen! It looks beautiful and all our friends and family agree. In fact, a cousin who visited in October told me that she â covetsâ our kitchen - and that is passionate praise coming from a pastor! Bottom line: donâ t hesitate to engage DDP for any project. Darius Pardo and DDP Construction LLC are the absolute BEST. Our friends who have also engaged Dariusz say the same thing."

"Miguel Amaya is not only an honest, fair and hard working person but he has integrity that is truly rare (and uplifting) in this day and age. I live in Westfield, NJ and had him redo my front walkway. Miguel went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with the finished product. He was forced to return because I was sold defective SEK Polysweep product by an unscrupulous vendor. Mr. Amaya redid the work by replacing the SEK product with the much better Gator Maxx polymeric sand. if you need hardscaping work done, hire Miguel Amaya, a decent, hard working, honest professional. STAY AWAY from Empire Building Supplies (see my review on them) and SEK Polysweep -- the product is garbage and the people who make/sell it know nothing about being good people who TRUTHFULLY care about fairness and/or their customer. Mr. Amaya would not accept my paying him a second time although he was forced do the job twice through no fault of his own. It was so unjust ** and yet so telling of the type of decent human being that Miguel Amaya is. Unlike the others I dealt with (at Empire and SEK), he was more interested in doing the right thing by me than he was about money. How rare. I was lucky to find such a good person and worker. I highly recommend him."
