"Our travertine floor was in pretty bad shape: stains, cracks, big holes, etc. We had given up on “fixing” the floor and were thinking of gutting the entire floor and putting in new tiles. THAT would have been a major undertaking. Then came along Bill Ludwig. We found him through HomeAdvisor. Bill was very confident that he could clean/polish/seal the floor and took on the challenge of “fixing” the floor, all 1489 sq. ft. of it! Bill did a fantastic job. As they say – the proof is in the pudding. Please see attached before and after pictures. Bill was professional, courteous, on time. When he had examined the counters, he said they didn’t need polishing, just cleaning and sealing. They did recaulk the corners.
