"The initial guy that came out was extremely friendly and very helpful. I think he may have been the owner. They gave me a price for several repairs indoors and outdoors which was reasonable. The only problem and why I didn't rate them an A is because of the scheduling.  Since some of the repairs were inside I needed to be home to let the guy in but twice the repairman showed up to my house with no notice and no scheduled appointment. The second time this happened I just had him do the outside work.  The repairs were done fine for the price.  I would use them again. <br />"
