The project was completed in a timely manner; only 4 days from start to finish. The crew was well equipped, efficient, and very respectful of the property. They went above and beyond with the finishing touches, landscaping, and clean-up. The patio looks fantastic, we are very pleased with the result. The owner even personally met with us upon completion to ensure we were completely satisfied with how everything turned out. I highly recommend Gregorio's and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future projects."

Landscaping, brick laying, gardening, laying stone and making special safe paths for us to walk. Cesar spent extra time on my mom's memory garden which needed so much work. This alone would have gotten them a 5 star review! He came highly recommended and it was tough to hand over the work to someone else when we are used to doing things ourselves. "The concrete cracked within the first week of being poured and nobody came to fix it. Also beware when dealing with Mike as he will charge you extra $1,000 or probably more to finish the job he starts. Itâ s a common business practice by him as a lot of customers are mentioning the same thing from Yelp, Homeadvisor.com, and Google Reviews. Read the reviews before dealing with Dependable Concrete. As a contractor Mike should know the price of materials beforehand and before quoting the customers. Mike demanded $1,000 more because of the increase of the cement price. Cement shortages have been going on for months and Mike should have taken that into account before giving the quote. Cement shortages aren't recent news. He waited until he removed the old driveway and then as the shady businessman that he is â he demanded extra money to finish the job when I was left with a big hole around my house. Beware as this is common practice by Dependable concrete if you read the reviews. Cement shortages or not â the original quote should have accounted for that. As a customer I donâ t ask my contractor to refund me the money if the price of material goes down in the future. Mike should stick to his original quote and price, but he doesnâ t do that. Stay away from Dependable Concrete â bad business to deal with and very poor quality â concrete cracks within days and nobody will come fix it after they take the money from you."

I would highly recommend Premier Paving for ALL of your flat work exterior needs from asphalt paving, concrete & pavers and yes I had them work on my property doing a large driveway replacement and new concrete sidewalk. They are competitively priced and again they RETURN calls, emails & tests."
