"With my husband and I being laid up from injury and being old, Cesar and his crew came in and did everything we could not do this spring. Landscaping, brick laying, gardening, laying stone and making special safe paths for us to walk. Cesar spent extra time on my mom's memory garden which needed so much work. This alone would have gotten them a 5 star review! He came highly recommended and it was tough to hand over the work to someone else when we are used to doing things ourselves. We are over the moon that it is done and my yard has never looked this beautiful. We are grateful, thankful and blessed to have found Cesar's landscaping. The price was fair, they worked non stop. They were here on time and on the day they scheduled. It's hard to find good decent people these days. Blessings to Cesar's and his crew"

Landscaping, brick laying, gardening, laying stone and making special safe paths for us to walk. Cesar spent extra time on my mom's memory garden which needed so much work. This alone would have gotten them a 5 star review! He came highly recommended and it was tough to hand over the work to someone else when we are used to doing things ourselves. "The concrete cracked within the first week of being poured and nobody came to fix it. Also beware when dealing with Mike as he will charge you extra $1,000 or probably more to finish the job he starts. Itâ s a common business practice by him as a lot of customers are mentioning the same thing from Yelp, Homeadvisor.com, and Google Reviews. Read the reviews before dealing with Dependable Concrete. As a contractor Mike should know the price of materials beforehand and before quoting the customers. Mike demanded $1,000 more because of the increase of the cement price. Cement shortages have been going on for months and Mike should have taken that into account before giving the quote. Cement shortages aren&#39;t recent news. He waited until he removed the old driveway and then as the shady businessman that he is â he demanded extra money to finish the job when I was left with a big hole around my house. Beware as this is common practice by Dependable concrete if you read the reviews. Cement shortages or not â the original quote should have accounted for that. As a customer I donâ t ask my contractor to refund me the money if the price of material goes down in the future. Mike should stick to his original quote and price, but he doesnâ t do that. Stay away from Dependable Concrete â bad business to deal with and very poor quality â concrete cracks within days and nobody will come fix it after they take the money from you."

Unfortunately this past year we paid for a season pass of bi-weekly lawn mowing services plus an additional spring clean up service. We tried to work things out with Hero but ultimately we received fewer than half the lawn visits, no spring clean up and the visits we received were sporatic and not on the promised timeline. Hero agreed to come by with the refund for part of the services he did not provide but has since ghosted us despite consistent attempts to reach out by phone, text, Zelle and in-person. We lost $480 in services."
